This is so encouraging. I started the Plank & Squats challenge yesterday. I have to say it is not easy starting out but I’m putting it in my calendar so I don’t miss a day. Let’s see how it works in 30 days

I’m on day 4 of the squat challenge and I’m not sore at all. I hope I start feeling it more within the next few days!

starrynight898:  Still going strong on day 8! I almost didn’t do it last night but I told myself I can handle 5 minutes of squats. I also downloaded the push up challenge which is significantly harder for me.

I have also been doing extra squats whenever I use the bathroom (at home and at work)! I’m trying to make small changes for my fitness so this has worked out well so far.

What is the ab challenge like? Mostly sit ups/crunches?

omg i didn’t know there was a squat challenge! I’m working my way through the ab challenge right now! It’s getting so hard!! BUt Fi and I are actually doing it together which is hilarious. I’m pretty much looking the same and he’s getting so ripped. But I will have to check out this squat challenge

starrynight898:  Thank you for inspiring me hehe so…Update…I have been doing the challenge fo 2 weeks and Fiance commented yesterday how my behind is firmer and looks lifted. HE DID NOT KNOW I WAS DOING THE CHALLENGE! So I guess it is working lol…I am getting to the point where once I am done with the day’s squats and go to sit down, it hurts when I sit down lol 

For those who need motivation, what I suggest is to put on your current favorite song and commit to squating for the entire 3.5 minutes a song tends to last and maybe press replay until you absolutely cannot do one more squat movement. And only allow yourself to listen to said favorite song while doing squats. It has worked for me…

slomotion:  DO IT! It really really works πŸ™‚ And it only takes 3-4 minutes of your day. I try and do it first thing in the morning so it’s out of the way. Small price to pay for a firm bootay haha
