No meanings lol.  I got the two bands with diamonds to be my wedding bands at the same time, just because, then got the braided yellow gold one later also just because I wanted it. Maybe I’ll use having a baby to add another ring to the stack?  haha

TheGridMonster:  Thanks!  I actually usually wear the bottom one on my right hand but occasionally stack all 4 together.

I love stacks! I’ll start with my engagement ring significance… I was originally engaged with a plain, yellow gold, solitaire (same main diamond) SO in love with my ring (it was exactly what I picked out..which lead my fiance to leave all his input aside and go with what his gf wanted lol) We moved in together a month after our engagement and to celebrate that milestone, he bought me a diamond band.. Well, months after living together I mentioned that I loved the look of the diamond band and maybe I was too controlling with NEEDING a plain band for my e-ring but I was so emotionally attached to it at that point, I would have never changed it…WELL, My fiance took that as an opportunity to do two things.. #1 design a ring HE would have chosen for me and #2 give me what I wanted deep down…the trick was keeping the sentiment…So he hijacked my ring and the diamond band he got me when we moved in together and turned it into a setting and had my diamond mounted. It was perfect!

My official wedding band is the Cartier LOVE ring…that was special because he chose it and had it engraved with our initials and wedding date.. it was a nice transition from my promise ring- (Cartier Trinity ring 3 band symbolizing Love, Fidelity, and Friendship) Keepin it in the Cartier Family ๐Ÿ˜‰

My last band is just a platinum semi- eternity…It is .63 carats and my lucky number is 9…6+3 and I HAD to have it ๐Ÿ˜‰ I just recently purchased for myself to celebrate a personal milestone in my career. Nothing to do with him..but special to me, none the less…. ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m not married yet so I don’t get to officially wear these until Sept. My Fiance wont let me take them outside to take a better picture (in fact, he frowns whenever I try them on but I cant help it!!). There’s no reason for getting multiples other than the fact that I love rings.

I think mine would be considered a stack? I don’t know lol but either way here it is, the ring in the middle is the engagement ring and the outer is the enhancer that we added for the wedding day. I love it! I had the option of getting credit towards a new ring by selling back the store my engagement one but I didn’t want to get rid of it, my husband picked it out on his own so I have an emotional attachment to it lol20160214_131511[1]

MrsSparkleBee13 has a stack that I love! I think it might be an old one she wore with a solitaire. It’s one that really got me into the mismatched/stacked idea.

Sometimes I wear two stacked bands. I consider both to be engagement rings. The gold one is the ring that was actually given to me by my fiance when he proposed and the tungsten band is one I got a little later to match my fiance’s e-ring.

MrsSparkleBee13:  yup!!  I never thought I’d like rose and yellow together, but because of all the diamonds, I feel like it worked.
