My fiance bought me a beautiful Engagement Ring. It’s a 3 stone princess cut with 14 round brilliant cut accent diamonds. The issue that I’m having is trying to find a wedding band that will compliment as on each side of the basket, there are 3 accent diamonds (peak a boo style) which I find stunning and dont’ want to block with aband.
I’ve been to the major stores and have not been able to find a band that doesn’t block the diamonds. For my own taste im not a fan of the simple plain band. I think i’m going to have a custom guard made. Looking for thoughts? And any other ideas you bee’s may have!
This is kind of what i’m thinking…. something similiar anyways..

I will have three stacked rings, and I have the full set already, and to be honest, even if the engagement ring is single, or with the other two, it looks amazing. I also think it depends if the design is coherent through the rings or not. Sometimes it looks great and sometimes it doesnt. Love my stacky rings! 😀

I have two plain bands on each side of my ering. You could just purchase two intricate bands and wear them on each side of your ering. You could find an intricate band that is low enough and does not block your accent diamonds. Then just buy two of them. IMO, that would be a lot less headache than getting something custom made. Probably less expensive too! (depending which bands you pick)

I have a wrap/guard and I love it. I knew I wanted 2 bands but couldn’t find ones that sat flush with my e ring. The only downside is you can never wear your band separately but it doesn’t bother me at all. Here’s a few pics. Excuse the crappy cell pics on the last 2.

I would find something delicate & blingy with a low profile. I think a wrap would overshadow the beauty of your ering.

I don’t feel it’s too much. My style is totally different from yours but I will likely have 3 bands! I think it’s great. Go for it.
