I’m starting to think about stagette parties for my bride and need some real-life inspiration and information.
I have three requests:
- I’d like to know what you enjoyed most, from either the bride’s perspective or a guest’s (or both!).
- I’d love to see some pictures and hear stories, please!
- Party hostesses, tell me your stories. How far in advance did you plan? How many times did your plans change? Did you have a theme (if so, what was it)? Did you have help from the bridal party? What went wrong? How much did it cost you (if you’re comfortable sharing)?
If you can help me out with any of the above, or if you just like to share about your stagette, I’d love to hear about it (no, seriously, I need all the help I can get!). Thanks

You might want to add bachelorette party to the title to get more responses because not everyone knows what a hen night/stagette is.
TO answer you questions it really depends on the age and personality of the bride. I went to one bach party and the bride was young but very mature and didnt want to do anything embarrasing or drink from a penis straw but her friends were almost forcing her to do so, she didnt enjoy herself at all. So just respect the wishes of the bride

I had mine last week 😉
I loved the fact that all my BMs got on, there’s three of them two of who are close and they know the other one but are not close to her. It was organised. The hosting Bridesmaid or Best Man lives in the area so knew exactly where to go. She decorated the conservatory for me. What was great was that we were having a laugh together, including my Mum. We met some guys who were on a stag do, though we never saw the groom and although it sounds seedy they were really nice and didn’t expect anything if you get what I mean. They bought us drink as well bless, we just all had a laugh. Here are some pics
