I found the perfect rehearsal dress today, but it was the only one left in my size and it has three little stains on the front. They look like food of some kind and they don’t seem embedded in the fabric, so I bought it at a 30% discount with the hope I can get them out. It’s white and 100% cotton.
My question is, should I try something other than a regular spray and wash stain remover? Is there something else that would be more likely to get it out? Thanks!

Don’t know if you have it where you are, but Zout Laundry Stain Remover is my go-to product for stuff like this.

S-32 Stain Remover did the trick for me. The first wedding dress I bought was greatly discounted since it was a sample, thus had some dark surface smudges. This stuff took every single smudge off (and there were a lot)… couldn’t even tell there had ever been smudges.
I bought this at my local Publix in the laundry detergent aisle, so I don’t think it’ll be hard to find. I put some on a white hand towel and gently rubbed the dirty areas of the dress until the smudges disappeared.
