Hey girls. My fiancee and I are currently considering some options for the wedding favors and this idea just stroke me –
what would you say if you got a package of Starbucks coffee as a favor?
It doesn’t really match our theme, but I don’r really care cause I would prefer a favor to be useful for the guests, rather than something that they would throw away or leave behind.
Let me know what you think.

I’d be a “no” as I really don’t like Starbucks coffee. If you’re going to do coffee, why not find an amazing small local roastery?

Its not the most cost friendly idea, as Starbucks is really pricey. I do like the idea of giving coffee as a favor though. As Special Sundae mentioned a local roastery could be a great option. I think Out of Towners would love to take something local back home with them.

I don’t have a coffee maker and don’t like Starbucks, so I guess this guest won’t be taking any favors home! LOL

I don’t drink coffee, so this option doesn’t appeal to me. I’m probably in the minority though, and you can’t please everyone.

I would like it, I can’t really drink coffee anymore but I would love opening the bag and smelling it 🙂

I don’t think that I would take this favor home with me but do what you and your groom want!! It’s your day!

I’m not a fan. Unless you and your Fiance have a special tie to Starbucks (met there, both from Seattle, etc) it seems odd.

I like the idea. I went to a wedding where they gave coffee as a favour (not starbucks) and they had a label that said the perfect blend. Thought it was really cute. Not everyone will use it but they will give it to someone that uses coffee. No matter what you give not every person will use it or like it.

I wouldn’t like it. Unless it was a gift certificate to get a coffee! Even then… what about finding a local coffee roaster so it has some context?

I like it. You could do a tea favor too, for the non-coffee drinkers.

I like doing a local coffee! We have been thinking about doing that!

I’d like it and I’d be glad to take some of the ones others left behind!
