Hmmm I’ve never heard of that brand before. I’ve seen other ones that I plan on trying. I’ve had no past experience with them though.

SoleMates were the ones I was going to try. Have you tried checking out reviews?

@Firie:  Hopefully somebody will answer back. I didn’t even think of that.

@kmsw:  Yep. It’s a little plastic cap that you put on the end of your shoe. They are supposed to help distribute weight at the back of the foot so that you don’t sink in grass. They are usually clear.

I’m sorry, I just cannot wrap my brain around these things. They’re obvious and unattractive and I just can’t help but to think that wearing a shoe appropriate for grass would be a lot more practical and pretty.

@Ellegee:  The SoleMates ones are not as obvious. I don’t like the way flats make my legs look and hate wedges. If I can find a way to wear heels on grass you bet your bottom dollar I’m going to do it! I don’t like the ones that look like a little clear bubble at the base of the heel though…

You can see that the grass pretty much covers them here. If it were not a close-up I doubt anybody would notice.

@Firie:   Why be practical when you can be Daring!  hahah!

Either way I love your shoes you posted earlier. I’m a fan.

@imalittlebirdie:  LOL that just made my day.

Hmm OP I’m going to have to look up your daring shoes now. : P I bet they are completely worth the little plastic covers.

ETA: Just saw them and they are awesome! I love the color too. Hah definitely worth the little blobby things.
