zeldabee :  Beautiful ring! The one I just got was inspired by a Leon Megé ring too. I’m not very good a estimating stone sizes, but I’m sure you’ll definitely find help here 😊

hm2012 :  I found a Pinterest that had bands and found some that looked similar and they led me to the Michael B designs. So it’s interesting, there is a “petite” version that’s thinner and looks more rounded like yours. Then there’s a regular, larger style which I believe is this flatter version. I like the way you designed yours more rounded. So excited to see it when you get it!

Sorry to flood this thread with ring pics, but the sun came out for about 2 minutes so I had to hustle and grab another pic.

These marquise are just to die for 😍 I was able to get some better natural light photos this afternoon and you can see the cuts are great on these pieces. The large center marquise has a bit of a bow tie, but it only seems to be noticeable in certain lights at certain angles, so I don’t mind at all. The sparkle is gorgeous, it does do a bit of the disco ball thing in direct sunlight, but in indoor lighting it mutes a little and I actually think it looks close to my grandmother’s diamond. The smaller marquises in the band definitely look more diamond-like to me. They sparkle, but aren’t as intense or disco-like in my opinion. I was able to wear the set comfortably all day together. I originally wasn’t planning to wear a band with the marquise, but I couldn’t decide what to wear this morning, so I put them both on. Tomorrow I’ll try the pear and see wHat she looks and feels like!

I also have a diamond cut oval in the works right now and am talking about an OEC set with Demi! I just can’t help myself 🀷🏻‍♀️

My OEC is here! 8mm EF color. I took pictures in a bunch of different lighting and realize I am more color sensitive than I thought.
