OK, this is kind of wierd.
I usually have a very regular cycle – a bit on the long side, but normal, roughly 30-32 days. This month? I’m about a week early.
It kind of makes sense now, I was pretty confused as to why I was cramping, etc, the other week. There is absolutely 0 chance that I was pregnant and didn’t know it, so I’m a little confused as to why.
I am under a lot of stress, and have changed my diet to much healthier foods (less dairy, processes food, etc). I’m exercising less (because of the stress I’m not sleeping well, so it makes it hard to get up to the gym)… I don’t know, maybe that could be it?
Anyone ever have the same issue? :

Obviously, I’m no doctor, but I think it’s probably a normal thing. I once was 10 days late, and there was definitely no chance of pregnancy (this was during our engagement; we were waiting till we were married). My GYN said it was a fluke, maybe stress, but she did a check-up, and nothing was wrong.
Stress, changes in eating habits, and changes in exercise can all mess with your cycle a little bit on their own. The combination of all three is pretty likely to have contributed to this.
I’d try to relax and not worry about it unless anything else seems amiss. If you get back on track after this one, your body was probably just adjusting to everything it’s been going through.

@Gemstone: That makes sense! I’m not really freaking out, I’m pretty sure I’m healthy.. it was just kind of a “huh” moment.. 🙂

Oh don’t worry, I’m the same way. Any change in my cycle kinda freaks me out and makes me jump to bad conclusions. Hang in there, and don’t hestitate to contact your doctor if anything else weird happens.
