(Closed) Starting JM’s 30 day shred and Brooke Burke’s workout DVDs! Any tips?

I’ve done JM 30 with only 5lb weights…it’s a bit harder than 3lbs but it’s def worth it. i feel much more challenged and a lot better using the 5lbs. owever, with JM you WILL be sore for the first 2-3 days but then your body gets used to it. It is an amazing workout and once you get thru level one, you wont have any problems. I got stronger and my muscles started to form/get harder but I’m not bulky by any means. My only problem with JM 30 is that there isn’t enough cardio which is what i need so I have to run or do HIIT once or twice weekly. Good Luck! and you can do A LOT in 2 months if you stay consistent and eat properly!
