That’s right! Today is the day! I’m sick of lingering within 5 pounds for the last year and I’m finally ready to bust through that wall and take off my last 20 pounds!!
About 4 years ago I was 185 lbs (5’2). I lost a lot of weight (and so did FI!) and last summer I wad at 141lbs. I looked really good at that weight (i have large hips and butt and am pretty muscular, size C chest).Over this year I’ve crept back up and lingered between 143-148 and am now at 148.8 from when I just weighed myself (ahhhhh!).
I’m ready to get back into my healthy eating habits and up my exercise routine! When I lost a lot of weight I kept a food diary and ate mostly lean meats and vegetables. I’m not eating HOrRIBlY now, but definitely not watching my intake as much as I should. I’m currently working out 3-4 days
/week but want to up that to 5-6 and increase the intensity/length of workouts.
My goal is 125 or 130 (more concerned about how I look and feel than the actual number).
Anyone have any tips/motivation? I’m planning on doing a weekly weigh-in if anyone would like to do it with me! I want to see how I do after 8 weeks and then re-evaluate!
