(Closed) Starting the 30-day shred… Any comments?

I think we’re all Shredding right now, so welcome to the club! 

This has been discussed before, but my personal opinion is that you probably won’t lose weight on the Shred unless you pair it with a better diet/cutting back calories. You will tone up no matter what, though, and you should see a change in your waist measurement at the very least. 

I love the Shred because it gets me motivated to work out every single night. It’s not all I do, but it is impossible to resist on those otherwise lazy nights! I’m about 2 1/2 weeks in, and on level 2, which is definitely harder than level 1 but still doable.
