Okay, so my Fiance and I are planning to elope on the beach. I bought a dress, and I do like it, but now I am starting to second guess myself. I’m thinking I might want something that is longer, and is flowy, closer to my body (than the fit and flare I picked out). My budget is tight. Around $100. I am trying to find something from department stores or online retailers, and I’m having a hard time. I have roughly 3 weeks until our wedding date. If any of you ladies have any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

@iloverocks: I know DB has some wedding dresses that are around that price range. Also, sometimes they have great deals for the clearance selection!

Have you checked out the preowned wedding dress sites?

What size are you??? It might be a bit above your budget but you could always sell it afterwards and recoup the money. There’s a place in Virginia called Church Street Bridal, they get donations from Kleinfeld’s and sell the designer dresses CHEAP! The dresses are samples, so not all in perfect condition but fixable! The proceeds go to help battered women and children. They have a facebook page which lists their inventory. I bought the Monique Lhuillier Candy, retails for almost 7k for $200 because it had a tear in the back. I plan on selling it after the wedding, recouping what I spent on it and the altations and donating the rest back to the store! (hopefully it fetches a good price!). All of their dresses sell between $150-2000 but retail $3k-20k (an over the top pnina tornai). Check it out!

Thanks ladies! I will for sure check out your suggestions.
I’d prefer white but I am open in terms of color. Ivory, champagne, light pink. I’m looking for something that is long and streamlined.
