I’ve lost 13 pounds…but I don’t see/feel any different. I was intending to lose 30 but maybe I should lose more? I was just thinking that any more would be slightly unhealthy but I do have a small frame with a larger bottom.
I started my weight loss at 145 and now I’m 132 aiming for 115. Before I started gaining weight I was 103 and skinny but still with a bottom- I would like to be a little bigger than what I was. But after losing 13 pounds and not really seeing a difference- I really don’t know where this weight is from. My pants are a little looser but not enough to go down a size.
I guess I just thought that losing almost half of what I wanted to lose would show more of a difference? In addition my tummy weight is being very stubborn.
Any advice? Will it start showing soon? I’m short and tired of looking frumpy.

Did you take a picture of yourself before & after? Chances are it’s come from all over, so you cant see it just by looking down. Your overall shape is still similar but a bit smaller!
I remember this happening to me too last summer when I lost 10 lbs. I actually didn’t notice until my breasts started to go… Then I decided I didn’t like it!

You’re only halfway there! Bet the next 13 will make a huge difference. Be patient.

Stick with your initial goal for now. Like others have said, the next 10 pounds may make a bigger difference than you think. Just like people don’t gain weight evenly all over (for the most part),you don’t lose it evenly all over. For me, I gain in my stomach first and always. If I only put on 5 pounds, it’s all gut–my arms, legs, upper body, all remain the same. And it’s like that going down the scale too–I lose weight in my stomach first–anything else takes longer to become obvious. So hang in there and keep up the great work! You can always re-evaluate your goals later.
