I’m getting back into my weight-loss mode. I went from 230-170 in a year, but now weight around 185 >.< My goal weight is 169 pounds- Enough for my BMI to be in the “normal” range (I’m 5’10”)
I’ve decided to do WW coupled with some exersize. I know it’s only 17 pounds, but It feels like its going to be just as hard as before? Isn’t that nuts? it just seems so daunting @@

I’m right there with you! Although I’m heavier right now 220. I lost over a 100lbs a couple years ago and have gained back about 40. I would like to hit 175lbs or so. It just seems like this is going to be the hardest thing ever, even though I know I have done it before.
Well good luck to both of us! I hope we are at are goal weight sooner than later.

Ahh me too! I weigh about 25lbs more than my wedding weight and am 30lbs over my ideal weight – I had a pretty big wake up call this morning about it.
I’m planning on counting calories and downing water once again. So far today I switched from a white mocha (360 calories) to a vanilla latte (190 calories) and ate oatmeal and a hardboiled egg white instead of a pastry. I use livestrong.com for calorie counting and I’ve input my food for the whole day already in hopes that it will help me not stray. Next step, getting myself back to the gym – I love it when I’m in the habit, but it’s such an easy habit to break and then I’m useless.
Good luck to you ladies! Maybe we can work on joint accountability?

First of all, congratulations on your original weightloss! Now -I feel your pain! I’ve been trying to lose some weight for the “big day” and have been going to the gym 4-5 days per week for about a month now, and nothing…nada! But then I just tell myself, well you didn’t gain the weight overnight girl, so keep going! Don’t forget, you’ve KEPT OFF about 40+ pounds! That’s a major accomplishment by itself. Just stick to it!
