Good for you! It’s important to get back to healthy eating before all the weight creeps back on. 5 years ago I lost a lot of weight (I don’t want to say how much, but probably the weight of your average 9 year old) so I’m extremely careful about making sure it doesn’t come back on… it’s so easy! Some days I just need to smell McDonalds & I’m up in weight haha. I swear it’s going to be a battle for me for the rest of my life.

I’ll join you in getting back to healthy eating regime… lately I’ve been eating like a slob due to an extremely busy schedule!  Are you doing any sort of physical activity? It makes a huge difference in weight loss & weight maintenance. 🙂

Good luck! I hope it works out.

I am horrible with diets but I am starting an eating in/cooking regime rather than ordering out all the time.  That has been my downfall.  I’m also starting cardio workouts at least 3 times a week so hopefully I can shed a few pounds and then start to toning up.

I would love to! I recently started going back to the gym but I don’t do it on a daily basis like I should.  I don’t always seem to be motivated.  I’m the type that says, “oh well, I’ll make it up tomorrow” and never do and end up crash dieting a week before any event.  I’d like a healthier way.

How is WW’s?? I’ve never tried it but it seems to work.

I’ve been working on eating healthy/cooking at home instead of going out, and a strict workout schedule! I’ve lost about 8 pounds so far & my wedding is in April. I still have more to go so I’m right there with ya! I’ve never tried WW either but I’ve definitely considered it.

I’m 23, haven’t lived with my parents since I was 17, and I’m just now starting to cook at home and find meals for myself. I don’t know what to do…..

Sadly enough, I used to eat fast food for everymeal.  I run a McDonald’s and can eat for free.  So why not save major bucks and just eat from work!? Except it makes you feel like CRAP!!

I’m trying to be healthier and start buying groceries and cook (which I’m terrible at) but I always seem to go to the grocery store when I;m HUNGRY and buy all the wrong kinds of food. By the time I get home I’m so hungry I don’t want to cook so I settle with spaghetti o’s.

I don’t know what to do buy at the store or what to do with it when I get home. I think WW’s might be a huge help!
