I’m afraid I’m going to forget what to do next when I’m up at the alter. I know the pastor is there to keep things straight but still. I’m afraid I’ll totally freeze and be like “Uhhhhhh…” Haha.

Hmm, let’s see…

  • all of my pictures will turn out ugly & I won’t have a single one that I like
  • my dad saying something nice & making me start sobbing before I even start walking down the aisle
  • a shoe falling off during the first dance and having to keep going with one shoe on (um..seriously? I’m crazy)
  • hyperventilating.
  • having awkward no one knows what to do lets just stand around and stare at each other moments
  • his side being full during the ceremony and mine having like 5 people (he’s one of those people who makes friends everywhere he goes not to mention his huge family and I have a small family and a smaller group of really close friends)

That my dress won’t zip up.

That no one will end up coming.

That there won’t be enough food.

@HappilyEverAfter54: The no one will end up coming one makes me squirm. I have a record of people just not showing up for important parties I’ve thrown. So that’s is definitley one of my biggest fears. Aside from him getting cold feet and running the hell away XD

1. Rain. It is an outside wedding and that would suck because all my decorations and food would be ruined. And people would huddle under a tent. And my photos would suck. The list goes on…

2. The food doesn’t get done properly and gets burned/uncooked or dropped on the floor or something

3. The photog sucks. He/she doesn’t take the good photos or has a camera malfunction and THINKS they are getting taken but then goes home and realizes that they took 0.

4. Decorations don’t get set up nicely and fall apart. (there is alot)

5. The wedding day timeline is out of whack and we are rushed or forget something or have to skip something.

6. Basically since this is a budget friendly wedding where we aren’t hiring a lot of vendors (aka just the photog), I worry how everything is going to work. We are doing our own food and we are doing our own flowers and decor and I worry that it all won’t be laid out properly.

1) That I will get a huge zit! or two….

2) that it will rain.. (I’m a photography myself and am dreaming of my pictures..)

3) that I won’t look good (everyone has those days where they just feel bleh)

4) I’m self concious of my teeth and am worried about how the “big toothy grin” photos will turn out

5) That I’ll be on my period

I’m honestly not worried about the ceremony or the party… with both of our families, there’s no question that people will have a good time. I know things will more than likely come together! 🙂

I used to have nightmares that I couldnt’ find my dress anywhere on the wedding day. That was thanks to my horrible bridal gown shop that took forever to get my dress in and when it finally arrived it was 2 sizes too small (and I had lost weight).

Anyway, my real fears were that I wouldn’t sleep at all the nights leading up to the wedding. That ended up coming true, but at least you can’t really tell in most of the pictures. My photog and videog were both worth every penny because I look bright eyed and happy in our video and photos. I know I looked puffy and tired though because I’ve seen a lot of guest photos where I look drunk (I wasn’t drinking) and really out of it.

I had so many fears. I remember getting up and saying our vows I was overcome with the BIGGEST fear of not being able to repeat after our officiant. I was thinking about it and worried about it so much I didn’t even pay attention to the words! I guess I did fine because next thing I knew we were making our way back up the aisle…. lol

Also, I was terrified of having to pee and somehow miraculously managed not to have to pee from 1pm-11pm. I have no idea how, with all the alcoholic drinks that night lol

1.That everyone will be late to the wedding

2. That I’ll 4get something important and not remember til its too late

3. That the hotel staff will steal my sash/headband/or other accessory while I am out getting my hair done.

4. That my strapless dress will slip down and I wont notice lol.

5. That someone with dirty hands will touch me and leave a dirty stain on my dress
