I ordered my daughters’ three flower girl dresses from them and it is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering anything in my life. Two of the three dresses came back too small (custom measurements). I have sent them every photo of the dresses being measured possible, in every way that they request. Each time they measure 1.5 inches smaller than I ordered. They keep finding little things in the photo that mostly have to do with the way the light hits the fabric on the curves to say I am not measuring properly. This has literally been going back and forth for over a week, and my measurement has always been the same. Their website says if the size is wrong that they will pay for adjustments, but dont tell you that they will refuse to admit that they messed up. Both dresses have the same problem (twins with same bust measurement). The third dress fit okay, but they made it with the trim color of the other two dresses when it was supposed to be different. They did offer a small refund for that, but have yet to give it.
Sorry for the long post, just want people to be aware of the type of company artwedding.com is. I wasn’t sure I should trust any other site from China other than Jasmine’s since my experience with them was so great, but they don’t have children’s dresses. I now wish I wouldn’t have.
