Awful experience. I brought my wedding dress to her. She is a very rude, bitter lady who shared a story of her husband cheating on her over 20 years ago while fitting me for my dress. I decided to stick with her because my mom is forgiving and patient but after trying to change my appointment only to have her tell me that I should have known my schedule when I made it…and also after she told me that I would hopefully have more sense than my mom than to call her at 8:30 at night…I told her that I was going elsewhere. She only accepts cash. The total was $200. She insisted we pay her $100. She would not refund the money saying that she has a sign in her house that says no refunds…but her receipt said nothing of the like. She spent one hour during the fitting. 40 minutes of it was her complaining about her life and asking very personal, prying questions. I would STAY AWAY. She is not a kind person. Getting fitted for a wedding dress should be a positive experience. She has glowing reviews on her OWN site of course. Also, I have found other bad reviews of her ruining dresses and a review that said she ruined and lost a suit at Burlington Coat Factory where she used to work…after we had already paid her the $100:(. P.S. To top it off, she did not give me back the sash that came with it. When we noticed the next day, my mom went by to get it and she said she had given it to me the day before. She completely lied and kept the $100 sash too. She is a criminal. She is VERY miserable person.
