p7515:  Well they are owned by walmart.  Personally, I recommend Costco.  Sorry you had to deal with this, hopefully the rest of your wedding was amazing.

I’m sorry you had a bad experiance, and I would continue to contact them for a full refund because they did cause you alot of stress.

But sometimes, things like this happen and many brides have been successful with using Sam’s Club.

Thank you for sharing your story! It is good for brides to know that something CAN go wrong.

How did you pay for the flowers? You could dispute it with your credit card company, as Sam’s Club is failing to resolve the dispute on their end.

What did they say for delivery?  Did they guarantee it  by a certain day?

Oh man I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. We too had taken the risk and ordered our flowers from Sams club but we were fortunate enough to have everything work out. I really hope they work it out for you!!
