So I was soooo proud and excited about my DIY save the dates. We saved a TON of money and they look really cute!
However, I didn’t realize it should say “Formal invitation to follow” (singular) and not “Formal invitations to follow” (plural). It only says this on the magnet.
Am I freaking out over nothing? I’m hoping nobody will even notice since its on a small magnet. I’m planning on attaching the magnets to a piece of cardstock that will have our wedding website info, and I could always just write the correct version on the cardstock which more guests would be likely to notice than on the smaller magnet. Or maybe its redundant to say it twice?
What do you guys think?? Someone else on another website said to definitely have them all redone, but that seems like a pretty big waste of time and money. Help!

I don’t think people will really notice and that is such a small error to go through the expense of redoing them.

Honestly honestly, I wouldn’t notice, and if I did I wouldn’t have seen a problem with it being plural instead of singular. I don’t think it will even occur to anyone that it was an error. I DEFINITELY would not have them re-done and generally I am a massive stickler for things like spelling and grammar. Relax 🙂

@LyndsayM: I wouldn’t notice either. Go with what ya got! Cute idea with the magnets (and that’s what people will be thinking about, not your grammar)

I wouldn’t notice it and if I did I wouldn’t care! It’s fine, you don’t need to do them all over. Post pics?!!!

To be fair, you are sending invitationS to all of your guests! It’s not incorrect. Don’t let some crazy person tell you to redo it!

Don’t reprint! Those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind (thanks Dr. Seuss). 🙂
