Do you have a wedding website?  Could you put the pricing info on your site and put the web address on your Save the Date?

If you’re going to put pricing info anywhere, I’d put it on your website!

If you have blocked rooms with a guaranteed rate, then I would put it on there to help guests determine which hotel they want to stay in.

I think it would be a little nicer if you included a small piece of paper in the envelope that is separate from the STD that tell them about hotel information and rates, etc.

I agree with a separate piece of paper with prices and contact numbers enclosed with the STD, it will look much better in the long run when you look back on it.

I think that listing the prices would look a bit tacky, but if you have a discount code for your  block you should mention that :o)

I put a piece of cardstock paper in with our save the dates about the room rental because we had contracted a certain price for our wedding guests.  If you have a room block with a lower price, put it in there!  People will be thankful they dont have to search for the info.  And if you do have a contracted room block, be sure to put the date that they can book until (ours was 30 days before the wedding so to put it in with our invitations wouldve been too late)

ETA – Now that I think about it, I didnt put the actual room rate, but did tell them to ask for the “your name here wedding party rate”
