I think we’re going to dance to “How Sweet It Is” by James Taylor.  My Dad LOVES SVR though so that is an interesting thought, too!

Its kinda hard for me to say yes to Pride and Joy bc that’s kinda Darling Husband and my song, so for me it would be odd to see a father/daughter dance to it.

@breacheese: Remember in Pride in Joy it refers to SRV as “loverboy”, not sure that’s the mood you want to go for with your father. It was written for either his wife or a girlfriend (can’t remember if it was definitively decided). I think you can look through his discrography for another Texas Blues style song that would be a bit more appropriate, imo.
