What bra size do you wear? I’ve only worn stick-on cups once (34D), and they weren’t very supportive.

I’m a 32D and wore a stick on bra by NuBra (from Nordstrom) under a backless formal dress. I thought it was supportive enough for what I needed it to be. I wasn’t going to be running any marathons, so I didn’t need to worry about the bounce factor. The NuBra stuck on really securely but yet I had no trouble removing it at the end of the night. You could always ask the seamstress to see in cups for a little extra support and coverage.

can you have any supportive cups added to the dress? I think if the top is fitted enough, and you do a stick on bra, you should be good!
