I came up with a very motivational way to get my weekly workouts in and wanted to share with you all! On my calendar, I put a sticker for every workout complete. I need 5 stickers a week. I know it seems immature, but it is working because I can visually see my accomplishments. Then every month I am going to take down measurements to see if I toned up any!

My sister and I just made a google calender and we have symbols for each goal each day.
Such as E1, E2 or E3 which represent different levels of exercise
0g = no sugar or processed grains
0b = no booze!
So its not so weird, it can be motivational to see it written out. (or stickered out )

I do something similar. I plan my workouts for the month and print the calendar out, and I put a huge “X” through each day that I do the workout. It’s on the side of my fridge. I started doing that 2 months ago, and I’ve only missed one workout. (I scheduled 5 a week.)
