I have chosen my dress, Claire Pettibone’s Mystere. Now I need to figure out whether I want the seamstress to sew in Cups or if I want to find a sticky bra. Which do you recommend? The seamstress says to go with the sticky bra, if I do that which company works best? I am a size b. Thanks Bees!

I’d imagine it would be less expensive to get a sticky bra, of which I’ve gotten some from Victoria’s Secret before. They have clear little wings on the side that you put the tape on, that worked okay for me at the time, but that was in high school!
Depending on how much support you want/need, you could try a bustier, I believe they are called, which have a corseted section and then cups, which may help you stay in better, if you’re worried about that.

Definitely sticky bra. I’ve never found cups sewn in to be supportive in the right places. You can adjust the sticky bra to your preferences.
Taking them off is annoying and weird though.

@schoolhouse: I bought cups and my mother inlaw (to be) stitched them in. It was an easy job for her and really gave me the filling/support I needed!
