I vote Tea length! I will be getting my dress from Dolly Couture, Her dresses are amazing and fit my own unique style. Also as a fellow Sconnie Bride the heat / humidity factor is also good to keep in mind!

I think the colored crinoline would be an easy fix. Cutting it tea length might be an expensive alteration, but i don’t really know. A fun brooch maybe?

I might be crazy for suggesting this, but if you wanted to look into a new dress, how about a prom dress. There are tons of statement prom dresses that don’t look too “promy” They are MUCH more price friendly and it is the season of prom, so many popular department stores would have them online and such. I like what everyone else has suggested as well! 🙂 Here is one I think is pretty awesome! http://www.belk.com/AST/Main/Belk_Primary/Juniors/Featured_Shop/Prom/Dresses/BallGown/PRD~150101233575/Jessica+McClintock+Strapless+Pick+Up+Ball+Gown+with+Sequined+Top.jsp?off=14#' defer='defer

yes!! The new look is the perfect mix of flattery and flash. I really want to dye my crinoline and just take a few pics with me lifting it up (secret rebellion) and add some more color for the reception (changing birdcage to fun fascinator with color, possibly a bolero, sash, or even dress change if i can swing it) good luck!
