I said stick to the dress you have, because I think it looks beautiful on you, not because I think you should suck it up.  Just wanted to clairify the reason for my vote.

I think the dress you have is gorgeous. Have you tried in on with the same lighting etc as when you bought it? That might be your problem. Also, put some heels on and see if that helps.

Or maybe your sash throws you. If you had a sash that blended with the dress more, you’d notice the defined waist less.

Honestly, I looooove the second dress on you! It is so pretty!

I agree, Im not a big fan of the dress you have, but then again it might look different since youu have lost 2 dress sizes, and it has not been altered.  Do you have a more recent photo?

The dress you have does in my opinion hide your shape completely, I don’t think anyone would think you are big at all while wearing it but I don’t think it show anything off from your waist down.

I voted for the second dress but I actually really liked the first drop waist dress pictured dress.

@Mrs_powerz:  well, I will try not to be biased because I wore the Enzoani Darwin at my wedding 🙂

But I think that all of the dresses you posted are lovely, but the dropped waist flatters your figure so beautifully!

@Mrs_powerz:  What size are you and what size is the dress? I’m unhappy with my size in my dress, too. I can see my backfat and a little arm fat on the sides. I just gotta lost the weight, tone the arms.

If you can try on the other dress and exchange dresses without drama, then do it if you will be happy, but if it becomes a waste of money, you should keep your dress. It’s stunning.

Also, try to tuck in the straps. See how that does for you.

ETA–sorry. I got confused. I thought you were saying ALL the dropped waist pictures were someone else. Now I see that some of the pictures are of you. So with that in mind, if you can change it without hassle and drama from the store, then you should.

I love the dress you have!  You look gorgeous in it!  But if YOU (not your mom, etc) are really feeling that bad about it, maybe you should go try some others on.  Its important that you feel beautiful on your big day!

Typically, I think that sticking with what you first buy is a better choice to avoid high costs, but I love the second dress on you so much. It is very flattering and shows off your figure nicely!
