Hmmm, try soy sauce, a little chicken stock, sprinkle of sugar or morin and sesame oil.

I usually just make a stir fry sauce with what ever is in the frigde. 

Try oyster sauce?

I love putting powdered ginger (or grated if I have fresh) into a stirfry… I think it really takes it up a notch!

I love stir fry and I make it a lot. It’s one of the ways I got my hubby to eat more veggies before we were married. Typically, I like to marinate the meat I will be using. My marinate includes soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and white pepper.

I just had stir fry tonight. To keep it from being dry I use a bit of broth. Then I just use some of whatever sauces I have in the fridge and feel like putting in. As long as it isn’t dry it is usually pretty good.
