Yeah I witnessed a co-worker whose girlfriend was pregnant cheating with another co-worker. It makes me feel bad for the girl at home who has no idea.

Oh noo 🙁 How sad! I know it’s not your place to tell his partner..but it’s sad for her! (assuming she doesn’t know)

Yeah, I wouldn’t tell someone unless I was close to them. I just hate being in the middle of anything like that.

People like this disgust me.

Men who cheat on their wives and women who chase married men – Yuck.

It’s an easy conclusion to jump to, but some people do have open relationships. Just because it looks like cheating doesn’t mean that’s what it is.

I have no advice, but Something similar happened to my mother a long time ago. She saw the husband of a woman she worked with on a very obvious (there was hand holding and kissing and such) date with another woman. She didn’t assume cheating, just that they were getting a divorce. The next time she saw the coworker, who she was friends with, she said “I did know you and (husband) were getting a divorce!” And her coworker said, “We aren’t….??” She was like “OH SH–” I was little when I overheard the story, so I don’t rememberthe outcome, just that she felt so guilty about it all!

my mother told me a long time ago, “you never know what goes on behind closed doors, so don’t make judgement.  worry what’s going on behind your own doors.”

i don’t want to come off rude but don’t let it bother you.  you don’t know these people’s true situations.  yes, he just had a baby but that doesn’t mean he is in a committed relationship with the baby’s mother.

i am not condoning their behaviour but i won’t judge them either.  that’s up to their partners.

@Creiddylad:  I was once asked out by a guy who came into my work, he asked if I liked older men, and said he’d like to go out with me in a no strings attached kind of way. I said no, and pointed out that he was wearing a wedding ring. He said he was ‘separated’, but his wife was due to have their 3rd baby soon. OMG. I met her about a year later when she came into my work (with him!) and she was such a sweet woman. I felt so bad, knowing what he was really like, but I couldn’t tell her 🙁

I witness stuff like this on a daily basis at my job, although it totally disgusts me, I’m like meh! I’ve seen it happen so many times that really, there’s nothing I can do.

Because he can.  No one is calling him on this behavior and I’m sure no one will be calling the … mother of his newborn child to tell her.

I call bs  there is nothing you can do.  You can speak up… otherwise you’re an accomplice and what comes around goes around.

@HisIrishPrincess:  I think it would be completely inappropriate for a stranger to interfere in anyone else’s relationship. especially in a situation like this where nothing was seen besides some flirting. This is a classic MYOB case.

That’s true she didn’t ask for advice on how to handle this situation … just if we had any other equally disturbing stories to share.

@mamadingdong:  Absolutely. It is not her place to interfere in someone else’s relationship, especially when all she saw was flirting.
