    I vote straps.  The top seems to straight across without.  Plus, I feel like dresses are always more comfortable when they’re not strapless.  And yes, I think you can wear a necklace with the straps.

    I prefer with straps, but not those ones. 

    I’d probably add delicate cap sleeves, to balance on the relative harshness of the straight neckline.

    I like straps but not those thin ones. Have you asked a seamstress about making thicker ones?

    The straps make it look like a party dress…it just makes it appear so much younger.

    No or different straps! With the high, straight across neckline, it starts to look a little like a flower girl dress!
