FutureMrsGSXR:  I like it without the straps. I think it looks more youthful. Also congrats on the weight loss!

I voted for no straps but I don”t think you need a deeper sweetheart.  I think it looks classy and elegant as is without the straps.

Personally I wouldn’t love the straps either, not my style. But if you’re worried about how your larger bust looks, I wouldn’t make the sweetheart deeper. I think that part looks lovely as is! Just have them remove the straps, round the tops, and make sure it has enough structure and fits well enough that you won’t have to be tugging on your dress and/or worrying about a wardrobe malfunction.

FutureMrsGSXR: I voted for without straps, I agree with a PP that having no straps does have more of a youthful look about it. Let us know what you go with.

FutureMrsGSXR:  I think you should keep the straps, everyone has strapless dresses and I don’t think strapless makes you look more younger or youthfull, I think the trend may be going out, it’s always nice to stand out amoungst other brides also. I think the straps look fantastic, they would even look great if you bedazzled them.

I have been eyeing this dress for so long on their website. It is on my list to try on. I like it with the straps, it makes it a little different from all the other strapless trumpit gowns out there…… If u do decide no straps, they have a similar one like that for half the price 🙂

I love straps generally – but i think it looks better on you without straps. But I wouldnt change it to a sweetheart…just have them add enough structure that it stays up.  The non-sweetheart top makes it more unique.
