@wisher558:  I do meditation and walks around the neighborhood.  If you look for phone apps you can find guided mediations (non-religious) that are free, really relaxing, and only take about fifteen minutes.  I keep them on my phone for when I need a quick de-stress somewhere.  I’ve always wanted to try yoga, but I currently don’t have the budget for classes, and have never had the coordination.

I don’t find wii yoga enjoyable at all. What I do like for stress relief is following yogatic on youtube and doing her yoga routines, or piecing a few short videos together in a playlist. she’s extremely calm and soothing, and explains things well.

I love running for stress relief. Since that’s not really an option, my other favorite is drinking beer in my underwear. Not wearing pants makes it 5x more enjoyable somehow.

I take toga classes at the YMCA and that helps a lot.

I also enjoy just going for a walk outside in a park. We have a lot of nice parks here, public gardens, ect and its very relaxing to walk around or even sit and read a book for awhile there too.

I use the free apps by Glenn harrold. he has 2 I love for complete relaxation.  Best with headphones! They are short and work EVERYTIME when I’m feeling anxious or an attack coming  on. 🙂 good luck 🙂
