If any of you are like me, you know the importance of stretching after workouts, but don’t do enough of it. I was in martial arts as a kid and danced from age 5 through college, but after that, my stretching routine and flexibility went by the wayside.
In an effort to reclaim my flexibility, and prevent injury as I start a new workout routine, I rented from Amazon.com “Ultimate Flexibility: Stretching for Martial Arts”. It’s really good! I’ve only done the Easy Workout so far, but it’s a comprehensive stretching routine that I can tell will be highly beneficial if I can stick with it. I just finished a session and I feel more limber/longer/recharged, and ready to start the work day! The easy workout was only about 15 minutes, so not too much time out of a busy day.
Just wanted to pass this along in case anyone else has been looking for a flexibility routine/DVD that is NOT yoga!
