    I’d vote yes, they can be used for weddings at other times of the year. But NOT for home decor, contrary to the beliefs of my college roommate. :p

    Yes, I think you can use them at any time of year. I mean, as long as you aren’t stringing them around a wreath or christmas tree, they just add atmosphere and a bit of magic.

    I think so, but mainly for outdoor spaces and structures, like patios, barns, tents, etc. It gives these types of spaces a gardeny feel, whereas indoors they seem out of place to me.

    Our wedding is outdoors in a pavilion and the venue already has white string lights hanging and it looks very pretty – not Christmas-like.

    I’m pretty sure I’m gonna use them for my late spring wedding. They give such a romantic, starlight feeling. 🙂

    they can really work any time of year for weddings but i would suggest staying away from the multi colored lights because that can give a “christmas-y” vibe but solidly colored lights look good any time of year!
