Do you have pics? And do you have a budget for a reception dress? You could do the trumpet as the reception dress ,if you’re having one.

Do you want to post pictures of both?  We can vote 🙂

What is the overall style of the wedding?

I was in the EXACT same situation/still kinda am. I am in love with a ballgown and a trumpet. I ordered the trumpet today (it was more flattering) and I’m almost certainly ordering the ballgown tomorrow. I’ll wear the ballgown for the ceremony and the trumpet for the reception.  Initally, I couldn’t afford both. Getting both would have been like double my budget.  I talked the salon down on both though and agreed to buy one off the rack and now together they’ll only be $100 over my dress budget – which I can easily make up somewhere else. I would seriously consider trying to haggle – it worked wonders for me. Good luck! I completely empathize. 🙂

I was stuck between two gowns until my consultant put a veil on and dimmed the lights…i smiled like a six year old in the first gown. When she did the same with the second gown, I literally burst into tears. IT HELPED SOOO MUCH!! Good luck…and yes, definitely post pics and put it to a vote!
