It has been a long difficult fabric filled road! I can literally put on ANY Paloma and it just hits me in all the right spots. Never in my DREAMS would I have tried on another mermaid gown after the first one I tried which should have had Shakira singing “HIPS don’t lie” because that is all you noticed. The lines of the Palomas just make me look curvy like the gorgeous Sofia Vergara. I even said I would do my ball gown for the ceremony and then change into the more fitted one for reception, but seeing as how the gowns cost over $2k each I could definitely use the money toward other things. The pick up bottom (2nd photo) I would never have tried on if the sales woman didn’t beg me to. It fits BEAUTIFULLY and the way it would bustle makes you swoon. I am having a really hard time deciding if I want to have my big princess ball gown or have the va-va-voom with poofy bottom. I must say though, I sat on the couch they had in the ballgown and the way it falls I felt like a queen. I’m going to see if I can sneak some photos in the more fitted ones, but I am leaning toward the ballgowns.

I can see how the form fitting ones would really serve your figure well, but the ballgowns are making me swoon 🙂 Is your wedding really formal and grand? You should consider your venues and the overall feel of the wedding as well. What about accessories? If you want to wear a big veil I would go for a ballgown because I feel like it fits better.
I’d love to see photos if you can sneak them, but I’ll be tickeld pink if you choose a ballgown!
