I have spent way too much time on here instead of writing a take home final.  Earlier I was looking at ties for groomsmen, and I don’t even know if we are having a bridal party.  After the take home final I have three more finals to study for, which start the Monday after Thanksgiving.  I just can’t seem to get motivated!!

I am not so much irritated with school work right now, but more with my college! What a bunch of idiots. It is impossible to get a real life person on the phone, and when you see an advisor, they are not trained or educated and give you incorrect information. So irritating!

Ugh. I’m getting ready to pay my tuition bill for my LAST SEMESTER OF LAW SCHOOL.  Another 20K towards my “future.”

…and feeling a bit hopeless I won’t be able to find a job after I graduate.

@LeahP: I graduated undergrad with 2 science degrees. I got one 3 month fellowship despite being an intern at several major pharma companies.

So, now I’m sitting here relearning Anatomy & Physiology so I can go to nursing school, because i don’t think they can figure out how to outsource 3 things: healthcare, taxes, and lawyers.

You must be safe Innocent

I hear you on the debt, though. I’m terrified by having this big bill looming when I’m done…

Yes, ugh! Paper due next Wednesday, a take home exam over Thanksgiving, another paper due Dec 1st, and then 2 finals. Right now, law school ≠ as much fun as WB boards and the Johnny Depp Pot Roast thread. My grades will suffer because of Blonde Johnny.

I planned my wedding while in my final year of my second bachelor’s degree, and the combo of feeling like a perma-student combined with being super excited for the wedding nearly did me in. My wedding took place almost two months after school was done, but I had to write the Canadian RN licensing exam in between finishing school and the wedding! I almost died. But you guys can do it!! :):):)

Right now the plan is to get married 1-2 weeks after law school graduation and about 1-2 weeks before starting the take the bar review course.  I have a feeling it’s going to be one of those hectic crazy times you just get through one day at a time.

So I planned the wedding while I was in law school. For me, law school was a lot harder and more consuming than undergrad was (and a lot less enjoyable, too). But I think it was SO MUCH EASIER to plan in school than it would have been had I been working full-time. It was easier to set aside time during business hours to talk to vendors, easier to spend time on research and comparison… the only thing that was *harder* was that I didn’t have any income to *pay* for the wedding. 😉

@LeahP: Good luck!! I didn’t find my job until the week before the bar exam, so I know what you mean. But I found one! And you will, too. 🙂

Ugh, I feel for you!  I planned our wedding while working full time and going to undergrad full time.  We got married a month after I graduated (graduation + wedding = happiest two months ever).  I’m now in grad school, and I’m taking it slow — only 1 or 2 classes a semester!

We are both full time students, working as many hours we can get but apparently my class schedule (which is AMAZING for my last year of school) isn’t good enough for any employers. PLUS internships are driving me nuts. And one of my professors isn’t just kinda a major jerk. I really think he is the worst/ jerkiest professor I have ever had. And i have had some bad ones. Lucky for me all I need is a D to pass his impossible class. Ugh… I was really hoping to graduate w/ a much better GPA than this. Thanks to him it will probably suck. I am SO ready to be done with school. Usually people are excited to graduate. I am just fed up and want to be done with all of it. And then on to my exciting and beautiful wedding!

So happy other people feel my pain.

Also, facebook used to be my major distractor. Now WB is… but worse! lol
