WeddingBee won’t allow me to upload the photos of the dress for some reason.
£1350 BRAND NEW!!!!!!!!!!!!
… GRAB A BARGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I always knew I would sell my wedding dress one day as I wanted another bride-to-be to experience the magical day I did.
The dress was purchased from Davids Bridal Westfield in Stratford, London. It was a wonderful day and the ladies there were very helpful. I had no idea what I wanted and after telling the assistant a few details about the wedding she came back with this beautiful Oleg Cassini wedding dress.
We had a barn wedding, nothing fussy, with autumnal colours for a mid September wedding. I knew I didn’t want a big dress, it had to be elegant with detail but nothing frilly. I had timeless makeup with red lips and soft curls pinned up. The dress made me feel very special and I received compliments all day from friends family and the staff.
The dress is ivory with detailed lace in champagne that covers the dress, there are hundreds of beading that you can see in the photos; all individually sewn and offer a fantastic detail in the sun/light. Dress size 10.
This dress had a bustle attached, with 3 buttons so that you can button the trail after the ceremony and people won’t stand on it. This is the only alteration made as you can see from the receipt photo shown. I wore Manolos, about 4 inches and the dress was the perfect height for me (5’8). Photos show the train and details back and front as well as proof of purchase and dry cleaning receipt. Will be sold in dress bag, it has been hanging on the back of nursery door in this bag since dry clean, out of direct sunlight so no fading to dress and minimal creasing.
Cash on collection please. I have set as collection only because as the bride to be you would want to try this on to ensure you are happy with the style and fit. I am unwilling to accept returns so strongly advise trying on before purchase.
Please note: Wedding dresses will have threads in places, that is what I was informed at Davids Bridal. My dress was delivered to the store, I was the first person to remove it from the bag, try it on and purchase it. When I enquired about seeing a thread, (barely noticeable but when you are paying over a thousand pounds for a dress you want perfection) I was told it was the nature of the dress due to the amount of detail. Please bare this in mind when purchasing your wedding dress, this dress is as new and has been worn for less than 10 hours, but there were threads from purchase.
I live in Colchester. Happy to answer any questions you may have, Thank you
