When you are cooking, you should try chewing mint gum.  That will make the sweets taste gross.  Honestly, I would probably throw out the extras because knowing myself I would know that even if they are in the office, I will eat some.

brush your teeth immediately after eating dinner… then chew the strong mint gum… the combined taste will make you feel full and not want to eat anymore, and the chewing from the gum will make you think you are eating something else!!

Don’t beat yourself up for cheating!  We all have been there before!! I too did the Atkins  a few years back lost about 75 lbs in 3 months.  I was super strict on myself and did the diet exactly by the book and maybe was a little more ocd about it but such is life….now that I am trying to diet for my wedding I can not do the Atkins.  For some reason I just can’t commit!  Even though I know the Atkins did wonders for me πŸ™‚

I am craving cupcakes.  Last night Fiance brought home the most amazing scones. . . yikes!  I can taste the butter… now I want another one!  I have been doing awful on my eating plan the last few days…
