so i bought my envelopes from a craft store since im diy-ing everything. i made all my wrap around labels, put my invites in them, put the stamp on e them and the final step is sealing them. si i licked one and it didnt stick. i can see tehre is glue on it but its not working!! help bees i wanna get these out tomrrow and dont know how to rescue them.
i cant get all new envelopes since everything is stamped addresses and ready to go but how do i make theys stupid things stay closed? i tried a pretty sticker and it didnt stick either but that i know was just the sticker not the nevelope. any ideas? brainstorm with me!

Can you maybe just use one of those “glue tape” dispensers to seal them shut?
I had this same concern with my envelopes and this is what I did. They’re SECURE now 🙂

I second the glue tape idea. Make sure it says permanent on the package because the other kind is not really that sticky. The other option would be to go to a stationary store or craft store to get different stickers for the envelopes. If you go that route I would make sure they are big enough to hold the envelope closed.

I hate licking envelopes, so I always just use a regular old glue stick and that works fine for me!
