this may be a REALLY stupid question for this board…however….I’m not sure where else to post it..LOL Anyway, last Friday I purchased two rings from Berricle. I paid for faster shipping (3-5 business days) I recieved an email on Monday saying my items shipped and a tracking number. According to the tracking info the estimated delivery day was suppose to be this past Wed the 1st…..I never received anything and still have yet to get it. Tracking info hasn’t changed since when I first looked it up…so….how long to do I wait before I do something? I’ve had this happen to me once before a while back (different company) and as soon as I filed the claim the items showed up….go figure.
Should I wait till Monday to see if they come or just file the claim right away? Thanks everyone!

If you ordered it last Friday, I think that means that Monday was the first business day, which would make today the fifth business day. So if you try to file a claim, they may tell you to call back on Saturday just in case it arrives at the last minute today.
Which sounds unlikely given that there is no tracking activity.
To save yourself time, I would wait until Saturday morning to be safe.
On a side note, this happened to me with purchases from Macy’s and Amazon. My packages just disappeared in the mail and I was given refunds. Then much later the packages mysteriously turned up!

Also, remember the holiday tomorrow – no mail. Also, I would think today would be the 5th business day. I’d wait and see and if not call/email them Monday.

I have order from Berricle twice. First time was so quick and flawless second times was a different story. If started off with not getting any confirmation email or shipping email I had to call them to get it resent. Then the package was basicly in limbo for a few days it wasn’t in customs it literally said where it got picked up for 3 days. I finally got it pretty much at the end of the delivery range.

I’d give it until Wednesday next week. Sometimes things can get behind at processing centers. This is considered a holiday week for many companies so that could be why things are a little backed up.

keep us updated!
I know that Berricle sends things via USPS first class mail which is the slowest service available. I sell a lot on ebay and use first class often. Lately I have noticed some packages taking over 10 business days to arrive at the customer’s destination! Did Berricle provide a tracking#?
