I’m STILL on a mission to find the PERFECT dress. Thank you Mrs. Eggplant for telling me to visit Clarissa’s Bridal in Walnut Creek. They have beautiful gowns. I really wish I didn’t try this gown as it was way out of my budget (almost $5K!!). But it is absolutely the most beautiful gown I have every tried on! Does anyone know the style name for this Rivini gown? I couldn’t get this from the shop. I just loved how it fit, beautiful and delicate beading, and beautiful satin. It was everything I was looking for. I wish I had $5K to drop on this dress, but I just can’t do it. Does anyone have any suggestions on some other designers that would carry something similar?

Hi, I’m in the Bay Area and the woman who’s doing my alterations also does custom dresses (often based on designer dresses) for a fraction of the designer costs. I’m not sure if she’s booked for the year already, but if you’re interested, send me a message.

Have you looked at the website http://www.bestbridalprices.com if they don’t have something similar- I’d be really surprised.

Hi – I think the name of the dress is Savonna. Try Rivini’s website. It also lists the trunk shows, which may help you with your budgetary concerns.

I’m selling my 2007 Rivini gown never used or altered. It is a size 6 and the style is called Olat. I ended up with 2 dresses and am deciding to wear the other one. You can e mail me at [email protected] for more info. or if you want to see more pics. Here’s a link to how it looks:
