I would consider myself in pretty decent shape, although probably not at my best at the moment. I would like to tone up my midsection and arms, and maybe lose 5-10 lb before my wedding in 4 months. I feel like I have kind of hit my plateau.
Enter the Bar Method, which opened a new studio near my office last fall. I took my freebie class last week. There were a couple of times where my legs were totally shaking. Surprisingly, I was not too sore the next day. Should I purchase the $100 unlimited class membership for a month? Has anyone had success and noticed significant results? I noticed that the instructor looked pretty well sculpted, but I didn’t know if it was from the Bar Method or if she was always like that. She mostly walked around during class and didn’t really participate that much herself.
