LadyJDAG :  I have had cycles where I didn’t have any PMS symptoms and then months where they started early/late so it’s definitely normal, especially since you’ve been less stressed recently your body is definitely feeling the change.

To be honest the amount of birth control/back-ups you guys are using I would doubt that there’s any possibility you’re pregnant.

I highly doubt there is even the slightest chance you are pregnant. Enjoy not having any symptoms this month!

I usually get quite severe symptoms, sore/swollen breasts, spots, cramping in my lower abdomen, crying fits. You name it, I get it. However, I have had some months where I get almost nothing. Granted that can be rare but like yourself I’ve had an inordinate amount of stress of late too. I think being stressed in general can exacerbate PMS as you already feel rotten but the change in hormones can add to that.
