For the past few days I have felt like crap! I’m exhausted and have constant heartburn. It’s rare for me to get heartburn and if I ever do it goes away with one Tums. With the heartburn I’ve had these past few days I’ve tried Tums and Zantac 75 and both haven’t worked. My diet hasn’t changed and no extra alcohol or anything.
Also I’ve had to pee constantly and it’s driving me crazy! I usually drink 3 coffees per day but I’ve changed to one coffee in the morning and one tea in the afternoon. I’m assuming the peeing is down to this?
I’m 99.9% sure I’m not pregnant. Anyone have any ideas what this can be??

@givemecouture: Maybe it’s stress? If you haven’t changed your diet or exercise regime, it may be other triggers happening in your life.

Hmm, that could definitely be it. I just didn’t think that stress could cause something like this but it makes sense. Thanks for the reply!

I have the same exact problem. At first I thought I was pregnant but 3 tests later and I’m definetly not. I talked to a few friends and family memebers and they all say that it’s from stress. Everything I eat gives me heartburn. I knew weddings were stressflu, but never this stressfull. On the brightside, February will be here soon!

Get your gall bladder checked out. I thought I had constant heartburn…even drinking water. Found out I was having gall bladder attacks. Tests showed it was working 24%, had it removed. Never had a problem with it again.

Thanks for all the responses ladies! I ended up going to my doctor yesterday and he said it’s stress. I’ve been exhausted and feeling weak and achy so I thought maybe I was coming down with something because of that but I guess not. He also thinks I have mild situational depression (ugh!!) so I guess I need to start taking better care of myself!
He did a pregnancy test too.. it was negative of course.
@jmaze: That did cross my mind… I’m lactose intolerant so sometimes I get some weird stomach things. It’s something I’ll definitely keep an eye on. I’m glad you don’t have any issues anymore!

I’ve been the same way in the past week or so, but I’d have to chalk mine up to stress, too.
