@maniccupcake:  you lost inches! probably gained muscle!! I set out to lose 20 lbs but lost ten and all my skinny clothes fit and are actually loose!! it’s not so much the number on the scale as it is the way you feel and look..I’ve Said a million times…I hate scales. Dont be discouraged!,keep going girl!

The inches are the most important not the weight  as you will be gaining some muscle and toning up. Since going to the gym for 6 months I’ve gained 3 kilos but my body is so much stronger and much more toned. Try not to focus so much on the scales and try to focus on the inches you are losing.  Keep up the great work:))))

@maniccupcake:  Since you’ve been working so hard and also with a personal trainer… that is totally possible.  Also you’re body flux’s a lot.  One day I might be 171 and the next I could be 167.  It’s crazy, but I’ve come to accept that since I do weigh myself every day. I always say my body is bi-polar.

Oh and a trick I’ve kinda come to love even though you may hate yourself in the begining lol.  Right before my period (or would be period) I start REALLY amping up my exercises.  You’re metabolism works faster during that time of the month.  Really it’s the best time to shred a few more lbs / calories.  Even though if you’re like me you’ll NEVER wanna actually do it at least the first few days… but I swear even with me gaining 3lbs in water weight, by the end of the week I’ve actually lost 4 or 6 lbs instead of 2. Idk… it’s pretty nice =) lol

I’m trying to limit the number of times I hop on the scale and focus more on how clothes feel and how my body is changing!
