@lilsweetie:  I think its pretty normal. I had varying cycle lengths and the CD I would O on was always different. I used the CBEFM and that was handy as it told me when I was on “high” fertility leading to to “peak” just before I Oed. If you get to BDing now you might still catch the eggs 🙂

Best of luck to you!

Sorry I dont know about the effects of B complex, but I am sure some knowledgeable TTC bees will know!

@lilsweetie:  I had a similar thing happen this cycle.  My temp spiked about 0.5 degrees on CD14 and stayed high the following day but then dropped back down 0.5 degrees the third day so I didn’t get crosshairs.  I was pretty sure I hadn’t ovulated yet as I had been doing OPKS and they had all been negative thus far.  The day my temp went back down again I got my positive OPK and O’d a few days after that.  It’s possible you haven’t O’d yet and it is just a fluke temp so don’t lose hope yet!  Sorry, I don’t know anything about how B complex might affect temps either.

@lilsweetie:  I agree with Eagle’s response above, but also wanted to say if it is an early O, that your timing sounds great anyway – some studies suggest that O-2 is just as effective (and sometimes more) than having sex on the day of O!!
