We also have the Radley from Macy’s and love it. We have only had ours from last year, but so far it is holding up well. I will say that shipping/delivery took a while. We had one delay, so we probably ended up waiting 2 and a half months overall.

We bought our sectional couch from Ashley Furniture and love it! We have two dogs who are constantly running and jumping on the couch and it’s held up very well. It’s also very comfortable. We’ve had the couch for almost 2 years now and we paid about $1300 for it I believe.

We have the Mrs Chesterfield from Interior Define. It is gorgeous!!! We’ve had it for about 2.5 years and it still looks brand new except where my cats have scratched it a few times. The velvet is pretty wipeable. I picked that company because they have lots of different size options, tons of fabrics and free swatch samples. You can pick your legs, colors, finish, everything. The downside was the wait. It took several months because they make them to order for your specifications. But because we were fully redoing our living room we figured it was worth it to get exactly what we wanted. The customer service was good and they delivered it very carefully. I swear this is not a sponsor post I just really love my couch!

First pick would be leather, second is slipcovered pieces. I think it really depends on how dirty paws get, how often, amount of shedding, & if your fur balls are stinky lol. We’re super active outdoors with our husky mutt, plays in the yard several times a day, & sheds like crazy. Despite using paw wipes & the nubby paw washer for extra dirty playtimes, 2 microfiber sectionals were terribly stained, had smooth scratch marks, & took on a slight earthy odor within a year of having her. We replaced with IKEA Ektorp pieces (in white!) as temps while looking for nice leather ones, launder the slipcovers + rotate cushions every few weeks & they look great. Still haven’t bothered replacing after 3 years.

Usually Pottery Barn is out of our price range, but they were having amazing sales at the beginning of covid. If you can catch one, it may be worth it. We got a queen sleeper sofa (upholstered in their performance microsuede) for $1350, delivery included. If you don’t need a sleeper, I’d imagine the price would be quite reasonable on sale. Just not sure if they’ve been running any lately.
We have four dogs and keep a cover on our sofa to prevent the big messes, but little paw prints on the arms when the cover slips have been super easy to clean with a rag and a bit of water.

PB is my absolute favorite!
For what you’re requesting, OP, I would look at Macy’s Home.
