My bro and SIL went to the Sandals resort in St Lucia and loved it.

We went to Secrets Maroma in Mexico and it was AWESOME! It was the second time we wen’t to that resort and in fact, it’s the only all-inclusive resort we like (we arent normally big fans of the all you can eat/all you cand drink crowd…)

It was about 1900$ a person (I think) and we had one of the best, beachfront rooms. However, keep in mind that is was low-season (October)

We loved our trip to Secrets Wild Orchid (Montego Bay, Jamaica).  It was great and since we went in October it wasn’t nearly as expensive.  It’s nice that the Wild Orchid preferred club is adults only ๐Ÿ™‚

@SouthernTulip:  +1

We also went to Secrets Wild Orchid in Jamaica back in the summer. It was AMAZING.

@Lyndzo:

Not gonna lie – their Italian place (Portifino?) there has to DIE for cream sauce.  My husband and I have seriously considered going back because that place was so yummy – he loved their connolis.

We went to Secrets Silversands (down the beach from Maroma) and resort was to DIE for!  It’s so beautiful, the rooms and decor are gorgeous and contemporary.  The beach where we were is right on a protected reef. so it was pretty lame, but the resort itself made up for that.

I would definitely do any Secrets resort again.

We just got back from 10 days at Excellence Playa Mujeres.  We were torn between here & Secrets Maroma, and decided on Excellence because I liked their swim out rooms better.  We absolutely loved it.  I’ve done a few all inclusives, and for us, this was the best one.  It’s about 25 minutes north of Cancun.

COUPLES!! They have 4 resorts in Jamaica. We stayed at San Souci, but I hear all four of the resorts are absolutely wonderful.

We’ve booked at Couples Swept Away in Negril Jamaica….we haven’t went yet but the reviews are great and it looks like the perfect laid back relaxing honeymoon we are looking for ๐Ÿ™‚ Just thought I would give you another option to check out! Plus not only is it only adults, but its only couples so you dont have to worry about being hit on by random drunk adults! ๐Ÿ˜‰

We went to Catalonia Royal Bavaro in Punta Cana, DR, and absolutely loved it.  DR has lower prices overall, and Catalonia Royal still felt very luxurious.  I’d highly recommend it.
